Egypt This Way (the "Platform") is a technology platform owned and operated by Pharaohs Nexus for Software & Digital Marketing. The Platform functions exclusively as an intermediary booking service connecting travelers with independent, third-party licensed Egyptian travel agencies, tour operators, and activity providers. We do not directly provide, own, or manage any tours, marine excursions, desert safaris, aerial sports, or travel services.
Pharaohs Nexus is a digital marketing and technology entity and is not a travel agency (Class A) as defined by Egyptian Law No. 38 of 1977. All tourism-related services, activities (including but not limited to marine, desert, and aerial sports), and tours displayed on this platform are executed, manage, and fulfilled solely by independent licensed Egyptian tourism companies and professional guides who hold valid permits from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities. Pharaohs Nexus assumes no liability for the physical execution of any tours or activities.
We are committed to protecting your personal data. Our data collection and processing practices comply with the Egyptian Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) as well as international standards including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is used strictly for facilitating bookings and improving user experience. We do not sell your personal data to unauthorized third parties.
The Platform may facilitate secure payment processing on behalf of the licensed operators. However, the contract for the tour is strictly between the traveler and the operator. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific cancellation policy displayed on each tour's page at the time of booking. The Platform is not financially liable for operator-initiated cancellations or service failures.
As a technology provider, Egypt This Way shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity occurring during a tour. Furthermore, neither the Platform nor the operators shall be liable for failures to perform obligations due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or severe weather conditions.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Pharaohs Nexus. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or scraping of our platform's data is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
By using this Platform, you agree to provide accurate information during booking. Travelers are expected to comply with all local Egyptian laws, customs, and regulations during their visit. The Platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Cairo, Egypt.
إيجيبت ذيس واي ("المنصة") هي منصة تكنولوجية مملوكة ومدارة بواسطة Pharaohs Nexus للبرمجيات والتسويق الرقمي. تعمل المنصة حصرياً كخدمة وساطة للحجز تربط المسافرين بوكالات السفر ومنظمي الرحلات ومزودي الأنشطة المصريين المستقلين والمرخصين. نحن لا نقدم أو نمتلك أو ندير أي رحلات سياحية، رحلات بحرية، سفاري صحراوي، رياضات جوية، أو خدمات سفر بشكل مباشر.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. تخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ عن استخدام هذه المنصة للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة الواقعة في القاهرة، مصر.
